How do I generate reports on employee progress?

You can access reports by going to the "Reports" section in your admin dashboard. From there, you can select the type of report you need (completion rates, assessment scores, engagement, etc.), filter by department or user group, and export the data in various formats.

Can I integrate TrainingEdge with our HRIS system?

Yes, TrainingEdge integrates with most popular HRIS systems including Workday, ADP, BambooHR, and more. For integration setup, go to "Settings" > "Integrations" in your admin dashboard. For custom integrations or questions, contact our support team.

How do I add new users to the platform?

You can add users individually or in bulk. For individual users, go to "Users" > "Add New User" and fill in their details. For bulk uploads, use the "Bulk Import" option and follow the template provided. You can also set up automatic user provisioning through SSO or API integration.
